Dixy Chicken India to enter QSR segment

A Joint venture between UK-based Dixy Fried Chickens Euro and Panban Restaurants India “Dixy Chicken India” will embark on a major expansion drive into the Quick Service Restaurant segment in India. On this occasion Rajat Pandhi, President, Panban Group of Companies said that the company will invest Rs 15 to 20 crore for setting up ‘Company-owned and Company-operated’ restaurants in the next three years. But 90 per cent of the expansion would be through ‘Franchisee-owned and Company-operated’ model. Besides fried chicken, pizzas, burgers, shormas, kababs, sandwiches and salads will be served.
