Major expansion planned by ‘Pan India Food Solutions’

A collaboration between Pantaloon Retail India Ltd and Blue Foods Pvt Ltd, “Pan India Food Solutions” is looking for extensive expansion in cities namely Kolkata, Bengaluru, Chennai and Delhi. The brands like Bombay Blue, Noodle Bar, Spaghetti Kitchen, Gelato Italiano, Coffee Blues, Spoon, Purple Rain and Penne are owned and operated by the group. Group has the master franchise for Copper Chimney and The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf.Said by the officials,” the group is concentrating on tier I cities. It has plans to set up Spaghetti Kitchen at Powai in Mumbai, New Delhi, Kolkata and Bengaluru. The outlet in these places will be open in the next five to six months. The Group has major expansion plans for its frozen dessert brand, Gelato Italiano. Currently, Gelato Italiano is operational in Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Kolkata and Delhi. The company plans to open 300 outlets of Gelato Italiano in the next two to three years across the country through franchise model.”
